Official customer announcement

An update from Webnetics UK

We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting some customers’ websites and email services. We understand how important these services are and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

In its latest update on 25 October 2026, our infrastructure provider advised that it is in contact with the data centre operator and is awaiting the necessary approval to regain physical access. Until access is granted, engineers cannot carry out an on-site investigation of the affected equipment.

There is currently no confirmed restoration time for the affected services.

Our provider has indicated that it will share any further developments during the week commencing 26 October 2026. This is not a restoration estimate, and no date for data centre access has been confirmed.

Webnetics UK is continuing to request clear information from our provider. We will update this notice when meaningful, confirmed information is received. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Need assistance?

For support enquiries, please contact our team by email. Including your domain name and a brief description of the problem will help us identify your service.

What happens next?

The provider must obtain approval for physical access before its engineers can investigate the equipment and assess the steps needed to restore services.

Further service updates

The provider has indicated that more information may follow during the week of 26 October. This is only an update window, not a promised restoration date.
